We currently accept bank transfers to our designated account. Paystack integration for card payments is coming soon!

Delivery times vary by location and supplier. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days within Lagos and 5-10 business days for other states. Express delivery options are available.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel pending orders from your dashboard. Once a supplier confirms an order, please contact support for cancellation requests.
How do I become a supplier?

Click on 'Dashboard' → Select 'Supplier' role → Complete the onboarding process with your business information. Our team will verify your account within 24-48 hours.
Are mechanics and logistics providers verified?

Yes! All service providers go through our verification process. Look for the verified badge on their profiles.
What if I receive a damaged product?

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item. We'll work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund.
